The Influence of Adsorbed Solvent (Lyospheres) on the Stability of Colloids

Abstract: The stability and functioning of water‐based colloids can be significantly reduced by the addition of inorganic and organic electrolytes. Organic compounds, such as DMSO, acetone, formamide, and urea, also affect the performance of colloidal formulations.
