Abstract:The aim of this observational study was to investigate the effects of catechol-O-methyltransferase (COMT) and ATP-binding cassette transporter B1 (ABCB1) gene polymorphisms on the postoperative analgesic effect of sufentanil in Chinese Han pediatric patients with fractures.
