Abstract:The effect of desmethylimipramine (DMI) on the hypothalamic and neurohypophysial vasopressin content was investigated in normal and pinealectomized male rats. The vasopressor activity of the hypothalamus and neurohypophysis was bioassayed by the method of Dekański (1952).
