Protect yourself, your family, and society with complete immunization" is the national motto of World Immunization Week 2023. This subject is meant to serve as a reminder and inspiration for everyone in society to get immunized in order to protect themselves, their families, as well as the local community. Immunization coverage increased once more to 94.9% in 2022 after falling to 84% during the COVID-19 epidemic. Although this is excellent, more work must be done to achieve the WHO goals of 99% (Ministry of Health 2023). As a result, a faster immunization program is required, especially in regions with low coverage levels. This study intends to examine the factors that affect immunization coverage, specifically in the Toddopuli Public Health Facility's (Pusat Kesehatan Masyarakat -Puskesmas) region, Makassar. Descriptive analytic methodology is applied by conducting in-depth interviews with informants. Choosing informants with the purposive sampling technique. The important informants are the immunization coordinators at the puskesmas, whereas the major informants are five families with infants or young children who provide vaccinations. According to the findings, the success of the immunization program is significantly influenced by family involvement and the work of immunization officers. Both of these variables are more significant than other factors including parental education level, income, and the distance from the home to immunization services. In order to expand immunization coverage in the upcoming years, it is desired that these two items can be further enhanced in the future.

Background: Multiple injections are giving more than one type of immunization in one visit which aims to protect children earlier in vulnerable times, immunization visits will be fewer so that it will make it easier for children with difficult or limited access to health services, people Older people do not need to come to health facilities repeatedly, increase efficiency for health service providers, and avoid missed opportunities. This study aimed to determine a significant relationship between the independent variables, namely knowledge, perceived vulnerability, perceived severity, perceived benefits, perceived barriers, and family support with the dependent variable, namely the infant's mother's interest in receiving multiple injection immunization. Subjects and Method: This study was a cross sectional study. A sample of 407 infant's mothers were selected in this study. The dependent variable was namely the infant's mother's interest in receiving multiple injection immunization. The independent variable were namely knowledge, perceived vulnerability, perceived severity, perceived benefits, perceived barriers, and family support. The data were analyzed by SPSS application. Results:The average score of correct answers related to the knowledge of mothers who are interested (Mean= 7.32; SD= 1.23) greater than mothers who are not interested (Mean= 5.23; SD= 0.87). The average score of correct answers related to the perceived vulnerability of mothers who are interested (Mean= 23.45; SD= 4.61) greater than mothers who are not interested (Mean= 10.39; SD= 0.87). The average score of correct answers related to the perceived severity of mothers who are interested in receiving multiple injection cages (Mean= 9.70; SD= 4.42) greater than mothers who are not interested (Mean= 7.45; SD= 0.92). The average score of correct answers related to the perceived benefit of mothers who are interested (Mean= 16.74; SD= 3.38) greater than mothers who are not interested (Mean= 7.32; SD= 0.7o). The average score of correct answers related to the perceived barrier of mothers who are interested (Mean= 23.18; SD= 4.31) greater than mothers who are not interested (Mean= 11.78; SD= 1.17). The average score of correct answers related to the family support of mothers who are interested in receiving multiple injection cages (Mean= 28.89; SD= 5.16) greater than mothers who are not interested (Mean= 16.08; SD= 1.38). All these results were significant statistic (p<0.001). Conclusion:There is a significant influence between knowledge, perceived vulnerability, perceived severity, perceived benefits, perceived barriers, and family support with the infant's mother's interest in receiving multiple injection immunization.

Background: COVID-19 pandemic has caused various kinds of disruptions, including immunization services. In the working area of the Mijen Healthcare Center, as of August 2021, around 42,4% of the target babies have just received complete basic immunizations. This study aims to determine the factors related to mother’s behavior fulfill complete basic immunization of infants during COVID-19 pandemic. Methods: This type of research is observational analytics using a cross sectional design. The sample in this study was 147 mothers who had babies aged 9-11 months using purposive sampling technique. The instrument used was a questionnaire. Data were analyzed using Chi Square test and fisher test (α= 0,05). Results: There is a relationship between level of knowledge (p = 0.037) and attitude (p = 0.010) with mother’s behavior fulfill complete basic immunization of infants. There is no relationship between age (p-value = 0,543), education level (p-value = 0,485), job (p-value = 0,459), parity (p-value = 0,093), family support (p-value = 0,491), health cadres support (p-value = 0,980), health workers support (p-value = 0,506), and source of information (p-value = 0,399) with mother’s behavior fulfill complete basic immunization of infants. Conclusion: There is a significant relationship between are knowledge and attitudes with mother’s behavior in completeness basic immunization during COVID-19 pandemic.
