The influence of interferon-γ on cardiac and renal histopathological changes induced by carbamazepine

Abstract: BACKGROUND: Carbamazepine (CBZ) is used for the treatment of epileptic seizures. This study was designed to evaluate the effect of Interferon-gamma on the fetal heart and kidney histopathological changes of CBZ-treated pregnant mice.
