Team management is needed to support the achievement of organizational goals. One form of good team management also includes efforts to understand and develop the team. The purpose of team development is to ensure that the team can consistently produce the required performance to help organizational processes. This study uses the Open-System model as an effort to understand and carry out team development. The object of this study is the components in one of the teams, namely the Human Resource Development (PSDM) team with team members and the team's environmental conditions. The data collection methods used were interviews with team members, observations of the team's work environment, and document studies on team performance profiles. Data analysis is carried out by integrating findings that have been categorized based on the Open-System model qualitatively. The findings of this study indicate that the Open-System model is able to provide a structured picture of the condition and performance of the HRD team. The main problem condition is that the team work target is not yet solid. The intervention used in responding to the team's assessment results is the preparation of team performance targets using special key performance indicators for the team, so this research is very helpful in developing excellent performance.

The background of this research is to give an overview to millennial accountants of various challenges that will be faced by the accounting profession in the future. The background of writing this essay is because Indonesia will be affected by the Industrial Revolution 4.0 which will cause jobs to disappear, emerge and change. This research is directed to solve the solutions that occur in millennial accountants in making strategies to deal with these changes by paying attention to conditions in the 4.0 era where technology has developed rapidly and is living side by side with humans. Technology that has developed rapidly is certainly not an obstacle for millennial generation accountants to get a job. One technology that is booming is Artificial Intelligence (AI). AI Began to become a part of work activities at the start of the Industrial Revolution 4.0. With this advanced technology, all things can be handled well and is a helper for today's companies in processing large amounts of data. Therefore, many people assume that the role of accountants will be replaced by machines. But if you look further, it is the lack of skills and information regarding the operation of the technology that causes new accountants such as millennial generation to feel threatened by the presence of technology. By learning more about the accounting profession in the future, accountants can collaborate with machines to advance life as a unit of valuable assets. All of this was done so that they could remain competitive and not be left behind in the rapid development of technology.

This study aims to analyze the factors affecting the timeliness of cooperative financial reporting. The methods of measurement and accountability of financial statements must be timely, as it is critical information for making decision. Factors related to accounting information system problems such as timeliness of financial reporting, accounting information systems, teamwork, and internal control were identified in the study as a model. The method in this research is quantitative by taking survey data. The data were processed using SPSS 25, with a model test and partial test to produce a study to analyze the factors that affect the timeliness of cooperative financial reporting. The samples consisted of 60 cooperatives from the city of Tangerang, in Indonesia. The correspondents have published financial reports for each period of the current year and were a legal entity. Furthermore, primary data were collected by a questionnaire using a Likert scale and analyzed by multiple linear regression. The results showed that the Accounting Information System, Teamwork, and Internal Control had a positive and significant effect on the Timeliness of Financial Report Submission. Therefore, the cooperative that prepares financial reports in a timely manner has applied the principles of accountability and transparency.
