The Influence of Job Motivation and Job Stress on Job Satisfaction Among Emirati Male Teachers in Abu Dhabi

Abstract: This study aims to identify the relationship between job motivation, job stress, and job satisfaction among male teachers in Abu Dhabi. A quantitative exploratory research design was utilized. A total of 208 male teachers were chosen as a sample through a simple random sampling technique.
