The Influence of National Culture on Effectiveness of Safety Trainings During Postdisaster Reconstruction

Abstract: Non-English speaking workers constitute a disproportionately high number of workers involved in postdisaster reconstruction. Additionally, the rate of fatality among these workers is higher than the industry average.
