The Influence of Organizational Climate, Transformational Leadership, and Work Motivation on Teacher Job Performance

Abstract: This research aimed at investigating the influence of organizational climate, transformational leadership, and work motivation on teacher job performance at Pondok Modern Tazakka, Batang - Central Java.The research using quantitative approach with survey method.
