Abstract:This study examined the relationship between pay satisfaction and the innovative behavior of employees. It also examined whether self-efficacy and organizational commitment positively mediate the above relationship. In addition, the moderating role of social comparison orientation in the relationship between self-efficacy and innovative behavior is examined.
