Abstract: To examine the influence of restrictive pulmonary dysfunction on osteoporotic thoracic vertebral fractures. Overview of Literature: Osteoporotic thoracic vertebral fractures generally result in an increased kyphotic angle, which in turn may lead to pulmonary function impairment.
