The Influence of Sentinel Lymph Node Biopsy on Survival for Intermediate-Thickness Melanoma

Abstract: Status of the sentinel node is the strongest predictor of survival in patients with intermediate thickness melanoma. SNB compared with observation was associated with a modest survival advantage.
