The influence of situational leadership on employee performance mediated by job satisfaction and Islamic organizational citizenship behavior

Abstract: This study aims to examine and analyze the influence of situational leadership on employee performance mediated by job satisfaction and Islamic organizational citizenship behavior of the employee of CV.
