Abstract:In a national survey of lead infection preventionists in Thai hospitals, spiritual and religious importance were associated with increased odds of career satisfaction. Cultivating environments for spiritual, religious, and self-care practices within the clinical setting may help facilitate emotional well-being—and prevent burnout—among Thai healthcare workers.
