The Influence of Stochastic Resonance Whole-Body Vibration on Women over 50 Years of Age—Preliminary Studies Based on Patients’ Own Experiences

Abstract: Background: During menopause, a woman’s health often deteriorates, and various methods are sought to prevent this decline. The aim of this study was to determine the influence of SR-WBV training on the health and wellbeing of women over 50 years of age.
