“…Therefore, the aim of this work was to perform a multi-criteria analysis (MCA) based on LCA methodology for a GSHP cooperating with various types of ground exchangers (helix, vertical and horizontal) ensuring the effective heating of a residential building located in Poland, in order to select the most favorable variant. The performed analysis was an extended version of the study presented in [42], where the inventory of heat exchangers was completed only for the construction stage. In this analysis, more dimensions options as well as the whole life cycle period were included, and the seasonal coefficients of performance (SCOP) of the systems were considered, which gives a better metric for comparison.…”
