The Influence of Workplace Reputation on Stress, Job Satisfaction and Career Success: A Multidimensional Study

Abstract: In an attempt to better understand how intentional efforts to control one‘s reputation affect workplace outcomes, a series of hypotheses are developed to explore the relationship between three types of reputation and workplace outcomes.
