“…Driven by the need to evaluate the effectiveness of the new diode support structure prior to the system-level Engine Ground Demonstration (EGD) test, Phillips Laboratory and the Defense Special Weapons Agency jointly decided to perform a second test on the ISUS bimodal system prototype diode array.
