The Intelligent Healthcare Data Management System Using Nanosensors

Abstract: We developed a design of Intelligent Healthcare Data Management System using nanosensors (IHDMS) and composed an application for mobile device. The proposed IHDMS will coordinate the healthcare data of the patients from nanosensors and transforms it into a worldwide consumed standard HL7 (Health Level Seven) for conversion of healthcare data. This converted data dispatches to a server of its system. The battery lifetime of the facility is feasible to increase, the memory usage is less than 100 KB, and it opera… Show more

“…Lee et al [10] created a management system that is appropriate for diabetic individuals based on their blood sugar levels. Dorj et al [11] created IHDMS (Intelligent Healthcare Data Management System) with nano-sensors for a mobile application. e proposed IHDMS organizes patient healthcare data from nano-sensors and converts it into the widely used HL7 (Health Level Seven) standard.…”

“…From the perspective of an IT system, the ventilator is a data source which outputs information, meaning that it is in an abstract sense similar to other sensors. Many medical sensors, including ventilators, are engineered to produce their application layer data in the Health Level Seven protocol (HL7) [10]. The HL7 data is typically carried over an IP network, using TCP at the transport layer, to a medical electronic medical record system where it can be processed and stored for inspection.…”
