Given the fact that finding finding feasible solutions is far from trivial (see Van Bulck and Goossens [13]) and that we only considered few HAP sets for which we solved the second phase, this is a remarkable result. We also find 10 new best solutions, even though over 15 internationally renowned research teams have already tackled these benchmark instances.…”
