The progress of information technology and the popularity of the Internet have led to the rapid development of the network economy, and as a new shopping method, online shopping is gradually accepted and respected by consumers. With the development and maturity of online shopping market, the concept of consumers has also been changing, gradually changing from “panning for cheap” and “panning for convenience” to “panning for quality,” paying more attention to the quality of goods and services. B2C is more trusted by consumers than C2C in terms of reputation and quality assurance, so it has gradually become a hot spot in online shopping. With the popularization of online shopping, the development of e-commerce is increasingly characterized by the platform, and it is more and more difficult for shopping websites to attract online consumers with rich product information and functions alone. Using college students with online shopping experience in T-mall as the research subjects, descriptive analysis, exploratory factor analysis, correlation analysis, and regression analysis were used to study the influence of interactivity on customers’ behavioral intention under the platform-based model from a perception perspective.

Can Internet regulation encourage companies to produce low-carbon products? — The effective stability of Internet supervision and punishment mechanism

Because of the short-term diseconomies and externalities of low-carbon products, effective government intervention becomes a necessary tool for enterprises to produce low-carbon products. Under government regulation, a dynamic evolutionary game model is used for theoretical analysis. And the case data of new energy vehicle enterprises are used for simulation to explore the implementation effects of different punishment mechanisms on enterprises' production of low-carbon products. The results show that: (i) in the game between government and enterprises, consumers' green preferences, the differentiation between low-carbon products and high-carbon products, including the difference in cost and environmental friendliness, the market demand, and the purchase cost are important factors affecting game strategies. (ii) Under traditional regulatory, both the static and dynamic penalty mechanisms are favorable for enterprises to adopt the strategy of producing low-carbon products. What' more, the stronger the penalty, the faster the enterprises transform to produce low-carbon products. (iii) Under Internet regulatory, the strong dynamic penalty mechanism can better promote enterprises to produce low-carbon products, while the static penalty mechanism can't promote enterprises to produce low-carbon products effectively. On this basis, it is suggested that while regulating enterprises' production behavior, the government could also increase the demand for green consumption to pull enterprises to produce low-carbon products. In addition, it is suggested that the government's regulatory approach should be matched with the penalty mechanism, and the synergistic effect among regulatory instruments should be skillfully utilized, so as to promote the process of sustainable social development.

It is well-established that, in the past few years, internet users have rapidly increased. Meanwhile, various types of fake information (such as fake news or rumors) have been flooding social media platforms or online communities. The effective containing or controlling of fake news or rumor has drawn wide attention from areas such as academia to social media platforms. For that reason, numerous studies have focused on this subject from different perspectives, such as employing complex networks and spreading models. However, in the real online community, misinformation usually spreads quickly to thousands of users within minutes. Conventional studies are too theoretical or complicated to be applied to practical applications, and show a lack of fast responsiveness and poor containing effects. Therefore, in this work, a hybrid strategy exploiting the multi-dimensional data of users and content was proposed for the fast containing of fake information in the online community. The strategy is mainly composed of three steps: the fast detection of fake information by continuously updating the content comparison dataset according to the specific hot topic and the fake contents; creating spreading force models and user divisions via historical data, and limiting the propagation of fake information based on the content and user division. Finally, an experiment was set up online with BBS (Bulletin Board System), and the acquired results were analyzed by comparison with other methods in different metrics. From the extracted results, it has been demonstrated that the proposed solution clearly outperforms traditional methods.
