The intra-operative radius joystick test to diagnose complete disruption of the interosseous membrane

Abstract: Disruption of the interosseous membrane is easily missed in patients with Essex-Lopresti syndrome. None of the imaging techniques available for diagnosing disruption of the interosseous membrane are completely dependable.
