This present R&D study aims to develop a digital model of millennial entrepreneurship in universities attached to the Information System Design Analysis course with 4C competencies (Communication, Collaboration, Critical thinking, and Creativity). The problem is that students only make software to fulfill course assignments without thinking about the usefulness of the software they produce as a means of digital entrepreneurship. The research method used was a 4-D development model consisting of 4 stages: Definition, Design, Development, and Dissemination. The literacy model testing carried out showed that the average score was 0.840, which stated that the model was distributed as valid and doable to use. The average results of the practicality assessment of the operation of the Digital entrepreneurship literacy model grounded on the perception of the experimental class scholars were 87 in the practical order. The results show that the digital entrepreneurship model encourages students to open businesses using information technology. The development of this entrepreneurship digital learning model can train students to have an entrepreneurial spirit. In addition, it can improve students' skills in 21st-century literacy.

This study seeks to explore the readers' ability experienced by adult learners who attended IELTS preparation courses at the Language Centre Hasanuddin University. It aims at measuring their progress through reading class. The respondents were 44 out of 50 lecturers from 18 different universities in the eastern part of Indonesia, both public and private, sponsored by the Directorate of Higher Education of the Republic of Indonesia. They attended 240 sessions which equaled 480 class hours for three months. The data were collected from the IELTS pre-test, progress-test, mid-test, and post-test. The progress test was given ten times during the preparation. By the end of the course, the participants sat for the real IELTS test administered by IALF Bali. They were also given a self-assessment questionnaire (20 questions) using a Likert scale ranging from "strongly agree to strongly disagree." Besides, the researchers also conducted direct observation as they were the teachers of Reading in their class. Based on the result of all instruments used in this research, the finding indicates that most of the respondents' reading ability is improving.

This research discusses the key role of teachers in creating interesting and dynamic learning. Many elementary school teachers still use the lecture method in learning, so learning becomes monotonous and unpleasant for elementary school students, especially at SD Negeri Pinayungan II, the subject of this research. To improve the quality of education, teachers need to develop various strategies that can make learning more interesting for students. This research aims to inspire teachers, educators, and educational practitioners to improve the effectiveness of their teaching so that they can create more interesting and dynamic learning for students. The research approach used is qualitative with a case-based method regarding teacher strategies for creating interesting and enjoyable learning. The data collection technique uses interview, observation, and documentation techniques. Data analysis techniques in this study use qualitative descriptive analysis techniques. The research results using interview, observation, and documentation techniques showed that many teachers used the lecture method, making students disinterested in learning. There are many strategies that teachers can use to make learning in the classroom interesting and dynamic, namely by using strategies such as educational technology, applying a variety of teaching methods, and so on. Teachers must innovate by trying interesting and dynamic strategies to achieve this.
