Abstract:_ We have investigated the dissipation influence on the electromagnetic properties of the semiconductor superlattice in the magnetic field. The features and differences of the zone spectrum are researched for two types of the ratios of characteristic semiconductor frequency ( H P Z Z and H P Z Z ! ).
