This chapter explores green leadership as a strategic approach to navigating the environmental sustainability challenges in Iran, including water scarcity, air pollution, and resource depletion. By analyzing successful sustainability practices from neighboring Middle Eastern countries, the chapter identifies key elements for implementing green leadership in Iran, such as stakeholder engagement, training programs, and policy alignment. Despite the potential benefits, Iran faces significant barriers like economic limitations and weak regulatory frameworks.
