Digital leadership is one of the leadership styles that is much discussed. The influence of digital leadership has also affected the education sector. However, the use of digital leadership in education is still limited in Malaysia. In Malaysia, leadership research mainly discusses transformational and instructional leadership styles. Therefore, this study aims to explain the use of digital leadership to improve the teaching and learning process because teachers' leadership style is important as it affects students' achievement. The concept of the Quadruple Helix Model based on innovation in digital leadership specifically in digital and technology will also be discussed in this article to enhance the teaching and learning process. The Quadruple Helix Model emphasizes the relevance of the engagement of the government, university, industry, and society in research and innovation. The results of this study are anticipated to be valuable in the expansion of already-existing information and in the development of a new method and strategy to enhance teaching and learning via digital leadership. In addition, it is anticipated that the Quadruple Helix Model will be able to generate suggestions for ways to enhance and guarantee that Malaysia's educational system ranks among the best in the world. Digital leadership will be the predicted as a dominant leadership approach used globally in the educational sector in another ten years.

Another style of leadership utilized in the field of education, notably digital leadership, has become more prevalent. Studies on digital leadership are receiving more attention, but there has not been much focus on scoping reviews. To determine the constructs of digital leadership, this study undertakes a scoping review. Accordingly, a scoping review on human-influenced and non-human-influenced constructs in measuring digital leadership was carried out in this study. This scoping review follows six processes: i) identification of the research question; ii) literature research; iii) selection of relevant studies; iv) charting the information; v) collating, summarizing, and reporting of study results; vi) discussion of the results and implications for future research. A scoping review was conducted via the Web of Science, Scopus, and Google databases to identify empirical studies on constructs in digital leadership since 2014. Next, the titles and abstracts for selected full-text articles were screened manually. Data from the included articles were charted and summarized. To develop specific and empirical data for measuring digital leadership, the study found that 22 constructs were influenced by humans and three constructs were non-human-influenced. Interpersonal and intrapersonal skills were separated from the constructs that were influenced by humans, with 15 constructs constituting intrapersonal skills and seven constructs constituting interpersonal skills. The results will help identify the crucial components of successful digital leadership. Future research is warranted in creating programs such as workshops, training, and conferences to promote digital leadership and further improve the study.

Bu çalışmanın amacı okul yöneticilerinin dijital okuryazarlık ve yaşam boyu öğrenme eğilimleri arasındaki ilişkinin incelenmesidir. Çalışmanın örneklemini Şanlıurfa'nın Siverek ilçesinde görev yapan 228 okul yöneticisi oluşturmaktadır. Betimsel tarama yöntemi kullanılarak gerçekleştirilen bu çalışmada, kolay ulaşılabilir örneklem yöntemiyle veriler toplanmıştır. Bulgular incelendiğinde ise; kadınların lehine anlamlı bir yaşam boyu öğrenme eğilimi bulunmuştur. Ayrıca, okul yöneticilerinin dijital okuryazarlık düzeyleri ile boyu öğrenme eğilimleri arasında doğrusal yönde pozitif bir ilişki belirlenmiştir. Bu bulgular, okul yöneticilerinin Dijital okuryazarlık düzeyleri ile boyu öğrenme eğilimleri arasındaki ilişkinin değerlendirilmesine ve eğitim politikalarının geliştirilmesine katkı sağlamaktadır.
