The Job Satisfaction of Ukrainian Police Officers: Condition, Structure and Key Predictors

Abstract: Purpose. To determine the condition, structure and key predictors of job satisfaction of Ukrainian police officers. The study involved police officers of the National Police of Ukraine (age – 19-50 years, n = 203 – men, n = 52 – women). The questionnaire was applied.
