The Knowledge Instinct, Cognitive Functions of Music and Cultural Evolution

Abstract: Evolution of music ability has been considered a mystery from Aristotle to Darwin and as no adaptive purpose has been identified yet, making music is still a puzzle for evolutionary biologists.
