Abstract:Wide range of modern IT application in economics has a significant impact on labour market. This analysis is directed towards the key transformational processes on/in labour market, which are the result of the Internet development. Some of the featured trends are: changes present in needed education requirements and workforce structure, required working hours, wages and methods of finding new employees and jobs. The analysis would also include changes made in the form of institution influences in labour market. Finally, the evidence is applied to Serbian labour market and labour market outcomes potential for improvement.
