The Laryngeal Mask

Abstract: Background: Since 2005, the Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) has recommended the laryngeal mask (LM) as an alternative airway when positive-pressure ventilation (PPV) is unsuccessful and intubation is unsuccessful or unfeasible.
