The school principal, who is responsible for managing the school within the framework of laws and regulations, has a very important place to manage the school effectively and to provide a successful educational environment. It can be stated that the management approach that acts with the teachers and feels that all the stakeholders are valuable is more efficient in terms of the necessity of adopting and organizing the goals that can arrange rapprochement and unity between all the sections of the school. One of the administrative tasks of the school principal is to solve the problems that arise. Turkey requires professionalism in the management of the school and that naturally should be a separate profession from teaching school management are not fully developed yet. As a result, school management has not become a professional profession based on scientific basis. The continuous changes in legal regulations for appointing managers and changing legal regulations in many cases cause both waste of resources and insecurities and complaints about the institution in terms of those who want to become managers. In addition to all these, as the training and appointment of school administrators is not based on a scientific basis and policy, it is not possible to determine the managers who have the competency to form and manage today's effective schools. Some segments of the society face social exclusion by lacking basic processes such as employment opportunities, health and education services, cultural activities, participation in social and institutional decision-making processes. Women are one of the most living groups in all areas of life. From the perspective of this exclusion indicates the presence everywhere and in every sector of the world, especially in Turkey, indicate the presence of more pronounced on the basis of gender. Genderbased discrimination, unfortunately, is evident in the rise of women from recruitment to promotion, particularly to higher levels of responsibility that require more responsibility. Women's labor force participation due to social, cultural and economic barriers has remained very low compared to men. Even if the differences between males and females vary in research results, gender-specific stereotypes are strongly resistant to change. With this research, by drawing attention to the problem of ''Professional School Management "which is planned to be realized by the Ministry of National Education with legal regulations, valid and reliable solutions have been developed.
