The legitimacy of the process of rehabilitation of the perpetrators of homicides

Abstract: The article concerns the legitimacy of the perpetrators of homicides in the opinion of people aged 18-30 and over 60. Material and methods:The research used the method of a diagnostic survey with the questionnaire technique. The respondents were a group of 188 people. Results: People who commit revenge killings are perceived better than those who commit sexual or profit killings.
