“…Priscoline 2 has been used orally (14, 15), intramuscularly, intravenously (16, 17) and intra‐arterially (18) for about eight years, so that its value is well established. It is a combination of the histamine nucleus and the epinephrine nucleus, and therefore has a direct vasodilatory effect and also produces a peripheral adrenergic and sympathetic block (19). The oral dosage varies from 25 to 50 mg. every three to four hours.…”
