The LossLess Image Compression Techniques : A Review

Abstract

The image compression is the technique which is applied to reduce size of the image without compromising image quality. The image compression is of two type which are lossy and loss-less type of image compression. This work is based on WDR and ASWDR algorithms which are used for the image compression. In this paper, these two algorithms are reviewed and it is been analyzed that ASWDR algorithm performs better in terms of various parameters
