Traditional teaching aids lose their relevance in connection with the introduction of a competence approach, therefore, it is necessary to introduce such manuals that will allow students to retain their mobility and productivity without losing the quality of teaching. The relevance of the chosen topic is determined by the identification of the features of the development of qualitatively new electronic teaching aids in the university. The purpose of the research: identification of features of the development of an electronic textbook in the formation of professional competencies of students. For this purpose we have singled out the definition of the term “electronic publication”. The problems associated with the development and implementation of electronic textbooks have been identified. The principles of creating electronic materials have been singled out, which is part of the structure and composition of the electronic textbook, as well as the experiments carried out by us, demonstrating, firstly, the need to use information technology in education, and secondly the informativeness and effectiveness of the electronic textbook. One of the main recommendations for the creation of an electronic textbook is the need to provide the teacher with an adequate individual perception, understanding of the teaching material by students. It is necessary to timely eliminate errors, as well as update data: a glossary, practical tasks and text textbooks.

The article discusses the use of modern tools and technologies for assessing learning outcomes. Evaluation of learning outcomes is inextricably linked with the quality of education provided by an educational institution. It is noted that today there is no single interpretation of the concept of “quality of education”. Because of the introduction of the competence approach, graduates now form not just a certain amount of knowledge and skills, but the ability to use it, apply the experience gained in practice, so modern assessment should be fundamentally new and different from traditional methods. The features of the competency assessment system are determined. The basic provisions of the assessment methodology are established and on their basis; we have identified the components of the model of the system of automated assessment of professional competencies. The principles of constructing the competency assessment model were singled out. The analysis of existing modern means of estimation is carried out. Among them, the methods specific to the authentic approach were highlighted, as well as the advantages of using the electronic platform Moodle for conducting the evaluation procedure.

The growth of liver tests in the second half of pregnancy is most often caused by two reasons - Intrahepatic Cholestasis of pregnancy (ICP) and rarely diagnosed Drug-Induced Liver Injuries (DILI). In Assisted Reproductive Technology (ART)-induced pregnancies that are accompanied by powerful drug support, the incidence of drug-induced cholestasis increases. This is due to the combined use of gestagens and other drugs that have hepatotoxic potential for the prevention of miscarriage. The article reveals the risks of IVF, which is often performed for women in late reproductive age, accompanied by multiple pregnancies, somatic pathology, thrombophilia and forced polypharmacy. The article presents an analysis of the clinical observation of a pregnant woman as a result of IVF, who developed acute drug hepatitis against the background of polypharmacy, and its examination according to the criteria of the European Association for the Study of the Liver (EASL) and the RUCAM algorithm. The author believes that the limitation of the RUCAM scale is manifested by insufficient consideration of the effect of pregnancy and polypharmacy on the development of DILI. According to the author, it is necessary to differentiate the DILI from ICP in connection with the peculiarities in the management tactics, despite their probable genetic affinity and clinical and laboratory similarities. The author suggests that DILI during pregnancy is a reservoir for the subsequent development of chronic diffuse liver diseases in women. In this regard, such patients need the observation of a therapist for 6-12 months after childbirth.
