The Management of Complex Perforation in a Maxillary Central Incisor

Abstract: Root perforations severely affect the prognosis of the teeth. This case report presents the successful management of a complex perforation with mineral trioxide aggregate (MTA) and fiber post. MTA was used to seal the perforation site since it is regarded as one of the ideal materials for perforation repair.
