Abstract: The review is devoted to the analysis of current data on the prevalence, clinical picture, differential, instrumental diagnosis of psoriatic arthritis (PsA). The incidence rate PsA is 6–42% of all patients with psoriasis. In recent years, there has been a significant increase in the incidence of PsA.
