This study aims to find out the impact of parental divorce on the psychological development of students in the Madrasah Tsanawiyah Yakpi Kalijati Subang Regency. The research was conducted using a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. The results obtained by researchers in the field are that there is an unfavorable impact on the development of students from a cognitive perspective. This side experiences a decrease in the level of critical thinking and analysis. Children tend to surrender and do not want to try analytical thinking processes to ask questions and find certain ideas. Affective. Depressed and emotional attitudes are often shown by students who are affected by divorce, they cannot accept that fact because they still need the love of both. Psychomotor, this aspect is often seen when the learning process takes place, blank stares and silence without language is a fact that psychomotor does not work optimally. For this reason, researchers hold intensive communication with these students with the intention of creating a progressive emotional relationship between educators and students.

The study aims to measure how perceived organizational support and self-resilience affect teacher work engagement in Indonesia. A multiple regression research design using a quantitative approach was used in this study. A total of 400 teachers participated in this study spread across several province in Indonesia. Purposive sampling was the form of sampling used in this study, and was conducted using non-probability techniques based on criteria set by the researcher. The significance value of 0.000 indicates that the research findings show significant results between perceived organizational support and self-resilience with work engagement. Perceived organizational support and self-resilience accounted for 42.8% of the effective contribution of these variables to work engagement, other factors influenced the remaining percentage. This research produces new findings, that the variables of perceived organizational support and resilience when tested together with the variable of work engagement with a sample of teachers have significant results. Therefore, to ensure that teachers have high engagement at work and their efforts positively influence the learning process, it is crucial for schools to be able to maintain a good level of organizational support and it is important for teachers to have good psychological resilience.

Currently, national education does not provide opportunities for educators and students to jointly develop students' potential and abilities. Quality education is education that has had careful planning to improve students' ability by freeing students from all forms of restraints. The quality of national education is highly dependent on the policies that support it. Nadiem Makarim created a new platform, namely Merdeka Belajar, with the latest policies aimed at changing education for the better, improving the quality of human resources in learning, and easing the burden that has been carried so far. The method used in this research is the library method. Sources of data are policies and literature related to Merdeka Belajar as a strategy to improve the quality of education. Related literature includes scientific books, journals, and articles. Analysis and interpretation of the literature through the editing process, theme classification, and meaning. The results showed that the Merdeka Belajar policy could increase students' potential, free teachers to innovate, open up school information, and increase community satisfaction with school performance.
