Abstract: Objective Sevoflurane (Sevo), a commonly used inhalant anesthetic clinically, is associated with a worsened cancer prognosis, and we investigated its effect on RNA methylase tRNA aspartic acid methyltransferase 1 (TRDMT1) expression and ovarian cancer (OC) cell malignant phenotypes.
