The Mediating Effect of Trust on the Relationship between Psychological Contract and Psychological Employment Contract Breach. A Pilot Test.

Abstract: Employees always expect their employers to fulfil the promises according to the conditions embedded in the employment contract being the factor binding them together, because when the employer fail to meet up with the promises made, it results to psychological employment contract breach.
