The Mediating Effects of Employee Engagement on Motivational Factors and Job Performance

Abstract: The goal of this research is to examine the relationship between motivational variables, work performance, and employee engagement, as well as the effect of motivational factors on job performance in the Sultanate of Oman's government sector using employee engagement as a mediator.
