The mediating role of Emotional Exhaustion between Workplace Bullying and Employee Voice in the Banking Sector

Abstract: Drawing on the Conservation of resources theory, this study tried to establish an empirical relationship between workplace bullying and employee voice with the mediation of Employee emotional exhaustion.
