Abstract:The purpose of the present study is to investigate the mediator role of positive-negative affect in relationship between gender roles and relationship satisfaction. The sample is composed of 214 university students in a romantic relationship. 117 (54.7%) of the participants were female and 97 (45.3%) were male.
