Community empowerment is an effort to develop the potential of knowledge, skills, attitudes and accessibility to encourage and increase public awareness which aims to form community self-reliance. Community empowerment activities are carried out in Padukuhan Sawit. Community empowerment is a series of activities consisting of problem presentation activities, Community Self Survey (CSS) or Self-Introduction Survey (SMD), cadre training and finally dissemination by cadres. The purpose of this activity is so that the Padukuhan Sawit community becomes more empowered in overcoming environmental health problems. The method used in this activity is a qualitative approach and observation. The results of the activity show that the community is more willing and able to solve existing environmental health problems independently.

Science is an important fixture in the human experience, and it has emerged from the shrouds of magic and fallacies. Science is now how humans come to understand the world around them. It is also the basis for the evolution and technological advancement of today's society. There are two major schools of thought in science: the inductive and the deductive (Wills, 2022). The latter has received wider acceptance and governs the experimentation (Wang et al., 2020). However, this process is marred by scientific misconduct when some researchers do not adhere to the rules of science for a variety of reasons (Lee, 2016). This threatens to compromise the integrity of our technological status and might even lead to catastrophic consequences. Examples include the fraudulent study on the cancer-fighting properties of plants published by Dr. M.D. Anderson (Ackerman, 2012) and Joachim Boldt published studies indicating that colloids are safe to use contrary to previous studies (Blake, 2011). It is therefore imperative to recognize these instances of misconduct and uproot them from the scientific community. The article is a review that looks into the articles dealing with scientific misconduct to develop an overview of the subject at hand. These incidents can be detrimental to the health and well-being of human beings. It can hinder progress as well as cause untold harm by the re-emergence of diseases that have already been conquered. It is recommended that we foster a culture of scientific integrity where everyone is aware of the importance of this issue. Moreover, journals can be more diligent in their reviews and reliant on peer reviews.

The objective of this study is to assess the efficacy of a comprehensive strategy for developing the professional abilities of social educators. Additionally, it seeks to identify the problems encountered by high schools in this regard and examine the process of cultivating professional competencies. The research comprised a sample of 253 individuals from L. Gumilyov Eurasian National University, located in Astana, Kazakhsta. The study compares the diagnostic results on a quantitative and qualitative level. The assessment standards of Fisher and the descriptive statistics were acquired. The study's data was gathered by requesting questions from teachers and students, testing, interviews, and evaluations from experts who fit this profile. The findings indicated that future social educators will have problems with their lack of high-level professional competence. Additionally, the majority of employers have requirements that are related to how well students develop their skills as well as their motivation to engage in extracurricular activities, work on themselves, and engage in future professional endeavors. The study revealed that employing an integrated strategy for the training of prospective social teachers yielded the most significant impact on the development of their professional abilities. The study's findings can be used to improve vocational training for social educators.
