The Method to Determine Sites and Facilities for Wind-Diesel Power Plants Construction

Abstract: This article deals with integration of a wind power plant (WPP) into the power system in the settlement of Amderm (in the case of the Kara Sea coast). An optimal arrangement of a wind–diesel power plant to ensure an uninterrupted and reliable power supply (WDPP) and cost reduction is considered herein as well.
