The microbial profile of a tissue necrosis affecting the Atlantic invasive coral Tubastraea tagusensis

Abstract: The Southwestern Atlantic rocky reef ecosystems are undergoing significant changes due to sun-corals (Tubastraea tagusensis and T. coccinea) invasion.
