The Migration Intentions of University Staff in North Macedonia: A Potential Brain Drain?

This study aimed to examine the employee motivation, job satisfaction and talent retention among college teachers in Shandong Province, China and developed a Strategy Retention framework for teachers. The researchers used a descriptive correlation method to determine the relationship between the three variables. Descriptive research method is a simple research method that describes and explains existing phenomena through one's own understanding and verification.
