“…Er það sama aðferð og í MEBS-skalanum. 20 Fyrra svarið (jákvaett) sameinaði eftirfarandi svarmöguleika: 1) á mjög vel við um mig og 2) á frekar vel við um mig, og seinna svarið (hlutlaust/neikvaett) sameinaði eftirfarandi svarmöguleika 3) hvorki né, 4) á frekar illa við um mig og 5) á mjög illa við um mig. Eitt stig var gefið ef eftirfarandi spurningum var svarað jákvaett: a) ég fae samviskubit ef ég borða saetindi, c) ég er hraedd/ur um að geta ekki haett að borða þegar ég byrja á annað borð, e) mér finnst ég þurfa að hafa stjórn á því hvað ég borða.…”
