The moderating effects of inner-directed and other-directed behavior styles on the relationship between organizational commitment and organizational citizenship behavior

Abstract: The aim of the present study was to investigate the moderating effects of inner-directed and other-directed behavior styles on the association between organizational commitment and organizational citizenship behavior in a sample of Iranian bank employees.
