“…De Araújo Lima et al (2021 analysed some SMEs in Italy and Spain and provided evidence that innovation leads firms to adopt more risk management strategies. Innovativeness also makes firms reduce and correctly evaluate their financial risks including credit, liquidity, operational, market risk, and solvency risks (Olalere et al, 2021).
